In the exceptional circumstance where a confirmed technical failure on Goabjad's part results in a paid service being completely inaccessible and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a service credit or account extension of equivalent value. This does not constitute a general right to a monetary refund.
To report a technical issue, contact go@goabjad.com within 7 days of the incident.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user who initiates an unauthorized chargeback, and to pursue recovery of disputed amounts through available legal means.
